The Alchemy,

In a Mixing Glass, add Bitters, Yellow Chartreuse, and Sweet Vermouth. Add Ice. Stir. Strain into a Martini Glass. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with an Orange Twist. Imbibe.

The Lore,

Unknown.

The Philosophy,

The French translation is something that can be likened to DeJa vu. A memory aid that transports through a cocktail.

The Era,

2015. Second Cocktail Revolution.

The Geology,

Bea, NYC, NY.

The Essence,

Along with the orange flavor, the Orange Bitters gives the Cocktail enough acidity to balance the sweetness in the Yellow Chartreuse and Sweet Vermouth, then topped with a dry Prosecco, adding a bubbly presence to this low ABV Cocktial.

Alchemix Assessment,

Light and Bubbly with a bit of deep, richness to it. Served nicely as an Aperitif.
